Yes! Dr. Scott would love to continue to provide care for all of his current patients.

CAN I SET AN APPOINTMENT WITH DR. SCOTT?

Yes! You can set a new appointment through your patient portal or schedule a free 15-minute phone call with Dr. Scott if you have additional questions about the transition.

CAN I ACCESS MY PATIENT PORTAL?

Yes! You can access your patient portal through the LOGIN link on the top right of our website. You will need to reset your password the first time you login.

WHAT IF I WAS ON A CARE PLAN AT BALANCED HEALTH CARE?

Since each individual situation is unique, it is best to contact Balanced Health Care directly at 435-688-2292 to discuss what would work best for you. Dr. Scott would love to continue to provide care for you and is happy to work with Balanced Health Care to best serve your needs.

ARE YOU STILL DOING CARE PLANS?

No. We are excited to be able to offer affordable monthly memberships with the same level of care that you were receiving in a care plan. We will make joint decisions on any additional testing and you pay only for what you need. We feel that this model will offer you consistent and sustainable support in making lasting lifestyle changes and health improvements.

ARE YOU TAKING INSURANCE & MEDICAID NOW?

Dr. Scott’s primary goal is to provide leading-edge testing and the most effective & sustainable treatment methods available for chronic conditions. This is only possible outside of the insurance model. Bonus:¬†when we don’t need to spend our days talking with insurance companies we can keep our costs lower!
