Each weekday you’ll get an email and a link to a short training that may include an article, video, or challenge associated with a new action that we want you to take to improve your health. Each time you check off an action, you’ll get rewarded with points (i.e. a little friendly inter-office competition never hurt anyone, right?).

If you ever get stuck or need some extra support you can jump on one of our open Q&A calls with a health coach to get your questions answered and help you stay on track. We’re here to support you all the way!

How To Win

Step 1: Complete your health upgrade. (It is no small feat! 8 weeks of lessons Monday-Friday.) This will be a huge win in and of itself. You will notice many changes in your life and health, so you will have already won.

Step 2: Submit a small paragraph explaining what you learned, what you changed, and how it helped to improve your life in any way.

Step 3: The Resolve Medical Team will choose the top 5 winners. Winners will choose their prize in order of place. (1st place will choose first, 2nd will choose second, etc.)

The Rules

1. Must finish your 8-week course in 10 weeks.

2. Must complete all course trainings and actions (i.e. earn all your points!).

3. Must submit the above-mentioned paragraph.
