What to Expect Next

Ready, Set, GO!

Your program will officially start on Monday.

Plan for 10-30 minutes to review your daily training. Some days have additional learning material that you can utilize if you choose. Some tasks will require additional time. For example, spending time journaling, experimenting with a new hobby, grocery shopping in a new way, or trying new recipes.

You’ll wake up to an email in your inbox each weekday with an intro to the day’s training and a link to jump right into it.

We want to make sure you are getting your training reminders in your inbox and they’re not getting mislabeled as spam. One easy thing that can help is to add the program email address to your contacts.

Ask All the Questions

We have multiple open Q&A calls each week where you can jump on and ask questions, work through things that you are feeling stuck on, and get feedback and ideas from our health coaches and other program participants.

The call information (schedule and links) will be posted on your program homepage for easy access. You’ll also receive an email reminder each week with links to the calls and can sign up for text reminders if interested.

The informative classes have given me SO much great knowledge on what I can do to help improve my health and brain function. The way the info is presented makes it so doable! And the way it is delivered in incremental steps keeps it at the perfect slow and steady pace. Not once have I felt overwhelmed.
